It isn’t a healthy situation – as the number of doctors emotionally burnt out has topped 34% while sickness in our NHS workforce is on the climb, again.
And so the first session at our BIDA National Conference (10 October, please see poster) will discuss how to ensure the wellbeing of our medics is looked after properly.
Feeling valued in their workplace is a huge consideration and for international doctors practicing in the UK, safely settling into a new job and environment is paramount.
How to achieve this will be under investigation in Session One of the conference, which is a gathering of medics from around the globe currently plying their trade in Britain.
The whole event will have essential issues such as this at its heart, and so it is sure to garner healthy numbers of guests.
